The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) hereby issues this Notice pursuant to Sections 3 and 208(c) of the Securities Industry Act, 2016 (Act 929) with respect to the taking over of the Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE) courses by Ghana Investment and Securities Institute Ltd (GISI).
GISI, a company registered under the laws of the Republic of Ghana with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE), Ghana Securities Industry Association (GSIA) and the Central Securities Depository (CSD) as shareholders, took over the management and delivery of securities training from January 2020.
