The Commission organized the training on 9th – 11th July, 2024 to develop the capacity of Directors and Chief Executive Officers to enable them effectively maintain adequate governance as required under the Securities Industry Laws, Regulations, Guidelines, and Directives. Directors would also be better equipped to ensure that the activities of the Market Operators adhere to the highest professional standards while protecting the interests of investors and the integrity of the capital market.
