The Securities and Exchange Commission (hereinafter referred to as the “SEC”) is the statutory body mandated by the Securities Industry Act, 2016 (Act 929) as amended by the Securities Industry (Amendment) Act, 2021 (Act 1062) to promote the orderly growth and development of an efficient, fair, and transparent securities market in which investors and the integrity of the market are protected.

In the exercise of the powers conferred on the SEC by Section 209 of Act 929, the following draft Guidelines are hereby issued for public comments prior to finalization and publication for use by the Capital Market Operators.

1. Securities Industry (Crowdfunding) Guidelines 2023.
2. Securities Industry (Financial Resources) Guidelines 2023.
3. Securities Industry (Green Bond) Guidelines 2023.
