INVITATION FOR TENDER PROCUREMENT OF GOODS NATIONAL COMPETITIVE TENDERING (NCT)

The Securities and Exchange Commission intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to fund eligible payments under the contract for the supply and delivery of official vehicles.

The Securities and Exchange Commission invites sealed Tenders from eligible suppliers for the Procurement of the above items. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in The Public Procurement Act 2003, (Act 663), The Public Procurement (Amendment) Act, 2016 (ACT 914) and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.

Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from the Securities and Exchange Commission and inspect the Tender documents at the address below from Tuesday 10th March to Monday 23rd March 2020 from 09:00 am to 4:00 pm. A complete set of Tender documents in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Two Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH₵200.00) for each set payable by Banker’s Draft at the accounts office from Tuesday 10th March to Monday 23rd March 2020.

Tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 10:00 AM on Monday 23rd March 2020. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after deadline Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by Tender Security of Two Percent (2%) of the Tender price. All tender securities are payable by Cheque. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend, at the Meeting Room 215 of The Securities and Exchange Commission, 30, 3RD Circular Road, Cantonments, Accra Ghana at 10:00 AM on Monday 23rd March 2020.
